Shipping times are between 3 to 10 business days depending on stock levels, the size of the item, your location. We hold only a certain % of stock on site so some is ordered direct from wholesaler which may involve a slightly delayed shipping period.

• Please note: Public Holidays may well slow things down again especially Christmas and New Years Holidays.
• Urgent couriers can be arranged at special request, but at the buyer’s expense. We are not able to cater currently for Saturday deliveries.

Rural delivery on courier items can go direct to your door.

Pickups are available from our farm at Cust or sometimes Sydenham, Christchurch by pre-organised date

Returns

Our 30 day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it due to a fault, we’ll obviously happily provide you with an exchange or full refund.

We offer a 30 day returns policy for most items provided they are in unused and in resaleable condition.

The 30 day right of return starts from the date delivered or collected and items must be received back before the end of the 30 day period. All returns must come back in unused, resalable condition in original packaging.

Shipping costs and the costs of returns are non-refundable. (Please refer to our warranty policy for further details)
